Every year we ask our users how we are doing to understand where we are and see how we can do even better. We're excited to share the results!
Overall, our users enjoy using StudyPages, find it a great tool to track and manage people, help them recruit faster, and enable them to deliver a better experience for participants.
Roles of participants surveyed
We invited users who logged into StudyPages during March - May 2021 to complete a user survey. See below for a breakdown of their roles.

How much time are our users spending daily on recruitment?
Our users spend a significant amount of time on recruitment daily. About half of our users spend more than an hour and 28% spending more than 2 hrs daily!

What our users are saying about using StudyPages
We asked our users if StudyPages is easy to use, about their overall experience, and if they would recommend StudyPages to their colleagues. We are very pleased to see that overall 86% of our users would recommend StudyPages and about 2 in 3 answered 'Very Likely recommend StudyPages to my colleagues' on a scale from 1 - 5!

StudyPages as a tool to track and manage (potential) participants
Besides providing studies with a digital home to recruit and pre-screen interested people, StudyPages is also extensively used to track and manage (potential) participants. Study teams can add signups, notes, change statuses, see analytics, and more in their StudyPages Workspaces. 97% of our users say the workspace is a good/great tool to track and manage (potential) participants.
Does StudyPages help teams recruit faster?
Recruitment of participants is often the biggest bottleneck in clinical research. Although it is hard to precisely quantify a recruitment rate across methods and protocols, we asked study teams if StudyPages accelerates recruitment.

How does StudyPages compare to other methods?
Every team tries to solve recruitment for each of their protocols by using a wide variety of tools and platforms. We asked our users how they would rate StudyPages compared to other tools and platforms they've used.

Finally, does StudyPages improve a participant's experience?
Without people to participate in research, no drug, device, or medical insight can be developed. Participants are at the heart of advancing healthcare. Hence, it's absolutely critical for study teams to deliver a participant experience that delights. We asked our users if they felt that StudyPages helps them deliver a better participant experience compared to other tools or methods.
